  • Our optical systems are the next generation of data collection; rapid full-field measurements of 3D deformations and strains. 10,000 non-contact rosette strain gauges per view; ideal for computer model validation. You can “see” your part response, including complex material sets, at temperature (1000oC), high-speed, in chambers, all completely non-contact. NASA chose ARAMIS for the Return-to-Flight of the Space Shuttle for LS-DYNA model validations.
    ARAMIS: Full-field strain measurement & 3D deformations across the entire material surface(s). Setup time is 1 hour for 10,000 strain gauges vs. 10 strain gauges 4 days.
    ARGUS: Automated forming analysis, like manual circle grid analysis. Complete component analysis is automatically linked to company’s quality control system.
    PONTOS: Rapid 3D deformations for NVH, modal analysis and 3D deformation measurements. No more instrumenting tests! Compared to a door slam test with LVDs, setup time is 1-2 hours vs.4 days.
